Well, to make a long story short...

On June 1st, I received this email:

Fulanita:
Hi, good day. Just to let you know that I haven't received my order, and it said it would arrive before May 29th.

I assume that's a date Shopify automatically sets when someone buys something. But, as you all know (because I've shared it on Instagram and it's also in the product description), all Mail Club shipments are made on the first day of each month.

So I replied:

Me:
Hi! All subscription orders, as stated in the product description, are shipped on the first of each month. That means shipments are made today. 🙌🏻

She didn't reply again, so I thought it was clear.

But... the next day I received this message on Instagram:

Fulanita:
Hi, in May I placed an order for the Mail Club. It said it would arrive between May 29th and I still haven't received anything.
